The Coalition is governed by a Board of Directors who are elected at the annual meeting by representatives of the member cooperatives. The Bylaws set a limit of 13 members and require that at least three Board members represent cooperatives with 50 or fewer units.
The Board in turn elects the officers. Activities are financed through the annual dues collected from the members and from fees from service providers.
The Board generally meets monthly and is supported by counsel and an administrative assistant. The current Board members, officers, counsel, and administrative assistant are:
