Agreement

  • The fee is nonrefundable once the listing is posted and will not be pro-rated should the advertiser decide to discontinue the posting at any time prior to the end of the 12-month period.
  • Advertiser agrees to not hold DC/CHC responsible for any liability, loss, cost, claim, damage, or causes of action of any kind that it may suffer resulting from service delays and incomplete or interrupted service regardless of cause or fault. DC/CHC’s liability is limited to extension of the contract by the period of time the link failed to display
